ReplyDelete1. An example of a great leader is Malcom X. He protested at first peacefully for change. He had a lot of power when it comes to his supporters. Great leaders use their power to affect others in a positive way. They do what is right to set a good influence. People are inspired by them because they can relate to them on a certain level, and can trust in them.
ReplyDeleteI don't recall a time where i have been inspired by anyone but i do inspire others to be good. I try my best to be a good example for my young niece. I want her to work hard and thrive for the best like i'm doing. I want to be a good influence upon her so she can do the same. To be kind to others and respect them.
2. Leaders can do a lot to encourage others to be better in their lives. They can set a good example of themselves to motivate others to do better as well. To become someone your kids or/and grand kids would admire. Be a appropriate example for their supporters.
3. If I was ever elected as president my first order would be to enable more women rights. Women and Men aren't treated they same in both circumstances. I would want ton change that. Also to stop racism in communities. Spread a good message about each culture/race.
4. I don't like or agree with neither of the presidents that's running because I personally think that they are both liars and manipulators. I agree with some of the things they are saying but mostly not. I'm not naming anyone because they both are trying to make each other look bad which isn't a good way to convince others to vote for them.
5. The affect of poverty have on person's potential to succeed can be a negative or a positve way. The negative is that they will have a hard time trying to find a job etc.People will start passing judgement against them which will not encourage them to do better. In the positve way, the poor can learn for their mistakes and can try to thrive for the best.They will work hard to get what they want because they are maybe tired of living the poor life.
1) I consider my parents as leaders because, I've seen how hard they had worked to get where they are now. My parents came from Guatemala to the U.S with out any knowledge. To see that now they are living a good life then how in was over in their country really inspires me. We are six of in total and to see them happy and in a good position really encourages me to keep going in life because you can overcome things, and life will get better.

Great inspirers push people to their limits and usually won't give up after 2 or 3 issues. They'll always be by your side instead of giving up on you like everyone else. It's gonna be a tough ride but they'll hand on. I've been inspired by my older step-brother now he's on to a 4 year college at CSUN. He proved to me that getting on track is possible even after you've been on a bad track. In middle school he would ditch class and in high school he completed all 4 years with a 4.0 and even a 4.3 in one of his years. He's my inspirer and he wants me to learn from my mistakes.
ReplyDelete2. Great leaders will tolerate everyone. He/She would never discriminate regardless of race or religion. Great leaders will motivate everyone in their group and/or team. It's not always gonna be easy to push everyone to their limit but they'll do everything they possibly can.
3. If I was elected president my first order of business would be a resolution to global warming. I know it may not seem like a big issue but a solution to global warming is vital to our kids and the kids they have. Global warming is hurting our planet a needs a fix really quick.
4. This year our Presidential race from the two main parties are a poor selection. On the republican side we have a Racist, Intolerable selection. On the democratic side we have a liar. The best candidates run for public office to help America rise to its peak and be the greatest country.

1.I can name a couple of great leaders. But one that really stands out to me is the Spartan king/general Leonidas. Leonidas and his Spartans were fearless and had great courage. Even in the face of death, they still fought to have a "Beautiful Death". Leonidas was a great example of a strong and noble leader.
ReplyDeleteNow have I been Inspired by Leonidas? To be completely honest no. But he has shown me to have no fear in anything you do. He has also taught me to trust in your brothers. I know it's weird that I chose a Greek general/king. But he is a great example of a leader and there are many more like him.

At the end, Martin Luther King Jr.'s dream came true and people now are separated by their race or skin color. Unfortunately, the great leader was killed and we now remember him for the change he brought to the world.
ReplyDeleteThere was a time where I was inspired by my mom. I was around the age of ten and we were in the living room and she was helping me with my math homework. We were both trying to figure out the answer to the problem but we were doing something wrong which was why our answer always turned out o be wrong a the end. I remember that I was beginning to get annoyed and I told my mom that I we should just give up. My mom then told me,"Don't give up because if you do, you will never find out the answer and it shows that you don't try hard enough. When people give up, it becomes a habit and then you won't be able to accomplish what you want to do in life."

After a while it's time to pay off all that debt and it takes years to pay off all that money. Sometimes people have a hard time paying that money off because they need to support their family.
4) I believe that the best candidates sometimes run for public office it's just that sometimes people disagree with their ideas and think that they are not a good leader at all. All candidates have reasons for all their ideas. They get their ideas from life time experiences or because they see it in the world as peoples common struggle. Everyone thinks differently and some people may or may not agree with them and if you don't agree with their way of thinking or their believes, then you won't vote for them and you will talk bad about these people. Eventually your opinion about these people will spread and people will either agree or disagree with you.
5) I believe that if someone has a lot of money and they are running for president, then they have a bigger chance of being elected president. People look at others money because that is how our society has become. Now it all matters if you have money if you have a good car etc. For example, if there were two people running for president and one of them had more money then the other, then the candidate with the most money has a bigger chance to become president because people now a days look at things people have to judge them.
1) A great leader can motivate someone to do better, a great leader is always in control. A great leader might be let's say President Barack Obama. He changed and added laws to help people. It was for the good. Although some people might not like it it was the best thing to do. And I believe that's good in a leader the ability to trust your instincts. Even though people don't like it and it's helping people just keep your calm and trust your instincts.
ReplyDelete2) They can tell there story to inspire others. How they started from nothing and ended up being something big. Everybody starts somewhere and those who can inspire someone to do something better using their life stories is great.
3) If I were president my first order of business would be to help the people on the streets. Make large shelters so that they can have a roof over their head and a bed to lay in Instead of the hard concrete. I say this because sometimes being on the streets is their fault but sometimes it's not. For example people who were in the military did all that work and then end up on the streets. That wasn't their fault. They didn't know they would end up corner to corner.
4) I have no opinion on this because there's always people who do it for good and for bad some for money some for attention you never know.
5) I think poverty has a big impact on people who want to succeed because lets say they want to start a clothing company. 12 custom shirts can cost about 500 dollars thats a lot for 12 shirts. And what if they work but the money goes to the rent money and he's left with nothing how is he going to pay for all of it?
1. A leader that can be considered great would be Bill Gates. What they did was that they created a software company which is very well known and created the most used computer OS. He already stemmed from a wealthy family ,but he was able to increase that wealth and be one of the richest people in the world. He's done this by leading his colleagues to create and innovate growing his company and his influence. Currently, I am inspired by Bill Gates, but I may need to refresh my knowledge on him as it may be what some would call rusty.
ReplyDelete2. Leaders can encourage others in a plethora of ways. One of which would be enthusiastic participation within the group. If the leader were to participate in the group and help everyone out they would be willing to follow them. The help would also reduce their individual work load giving them more time to enjoy their live. Another way a leader could encourage others to get more from their lives is to push their colleagues pass their limits. By getting them to pass their limits they are able to be more proud of their work as they have put more of themselves into the activity then ever before.
3. If I were to be elected president my first order of business would be to remove our national debt. By removing the national debt, I would be able to work on our economy and try to help foster its growth. This would thus remove or reduce some of our current day problems such as our unemployment rate which would decrease once more job opportunities are created due to the boom of the economy. Now how will I do this. I would do this by first trying my best to pay off the 16+ billion dollar with a short increase of taxes for a few years before I lower them to a more preferable range. The fostering of the economy would happen by national investments into continually growing local markets helping them grow and thus our economy grows. A con to this would be that public support would fall in the few years of tax increase ,but the years of growth would help increase public support once more.
4. The best candidates usually do run for public office. The reasoning behind this would be that the candidates that are to run are at least socially confident and easily interact with others. There are some intelligent candidates that do not run for office ,but have the same skills necessary. Those people, I would say, are also very good candidate ,but if you were to not want the position. This would overall state that the best candidates run to public office as they are not fearful of what could be said about them ,but would like to lead their people into what they feel would be a brighter future.
5. Poverty can affect someone's potential to succeed in a variety of ways. One way it could affect someone's potential to succeed would be resources. Poverty would limit their resources or what they could use to succeed making it exponentially difficult to succeed. Another way could in fact be opportunities. In more detail this affects someone's ability to succeed because in poverty stricken area's there are very few opportunities to succeed and must be taken right away. Another possible way poverty effects someone's potential to succeed would be their diminishing confidence. The reasoning behind this would be that some may be discouraged due to having little resources and opportunities which more often or not gives them a very sour mood causing them to not look to any of these opportunities as often.
1) Some leaders need to push people to go to the top. Leader need to be there to inspired them. For a example In the football team there all down and one the players stands up and inspire them to finish what they started. People inspired him because he is the to make them strong and smart. My parents inspired me to make my dream true. They make me believe in myself and my family believe in me.

ReplyDeleteA great leader should inspire other people how are are not trying their best. An example of a great leader is Barack Obama because he is one of the most inspiring man that can do many things at the same time. Barack Obama loves everyone for who they are and everyone loves him back. Respects is the number one thing that Barack Obama gives to everyone. I have been inspired by one of my band teacher. He said “If you think that your life is hard think of other kids around the world that is suffering more than u are right now.” When he said that to me I was looking back at my passed that I was saying to myself that I have to get back up and try again.

Leaders can encourage others to get the most from their lives by helping them to push ahead until they finish. A quote is a great way to open the person’s eyes to make them think on how they act before they see the new side of them. Moving on to a different ways to see and feel different is by not saying that you will change, its to show people that you haved changed.

If i was president i will follow the steps from Barack Obama and my first order of business will be to stop global warming. I will do this because the earth is slowly dieing and it’s going to get hotter if we don’t stop global warming. We can stop using our cars to decrease global warming and we will save money from gas. We can also use solar power and wind power to save energy.

I don’t think that there is going to be the best candidate because no one is the best. To be a candidate i think it takes a lot of responsibility. You will have to make people to believe in you and show them how are u a great person. Helping people is a great way to trust them and they will trust you.

In my opinion I think that poverty is something that is happening all over the world.
Some effects about poverty is that many people will feel bad about that person and they won’t do anything about it. Some will just look and tell their kids that the people are bad and they only want money to get drugs. That’s not true because some poverty family’s want food or maybe want’s medicine for someone who is sick.
1. A great leader is a person who is with you in your hardest times. They support you through thick and thin. They are so inspiring because they are the people that help you when you need it the most and even though people might think its kind of hard they still want to be like them. They are also people who lead you through your troubles and don't leave you alone when you mostly need them. They also not only lead you through you dreams but they lead you through your troubles as well. Your parents are a good example of a leader because they help you with things that are important to you.
ReplyDeleteI have been inspired to be my best when my mom told me after middle school she went to collage. My mom is so smart and i want to be like her and graduate successfully from high school. I have been doing better and getting better grades in high school than in middle school because about at least 10% of my laziness has been removed. I used to have terrible grades in middle school, I am talking about D's and F's, but now I have better grades than before. My mom is a leader to me because she is all the things a leader is. She is hard working and is so smart and will be there when I need her.
2. A leader can encourage others by being with them when they are needed. They give them advise without expecting any in return. They also help them reach there goals and accomplish there dreams. Leaders are like role models and some might even put the people there helping in front of there own.
3. My first order would be legalize the use of guns. I don't think its safe for a random person to be roaming around walking with guns. If people are pranking them there instant reflex will be to take out there gun and shoot. When that happens they will go to jail and they will say they ar'nt guilty.
4. Yes because if they didn't they would not be the best for the country and they wouldn't get to many votes. People would not agree with a person who does not have any experience leading something than for a person who does. People want a good person who know how to lead and if the candidate is being bad.
5. They have less advantages because they don't have money. Most poor people's self-esteem goes down because they feel like they can't accomplish there goals. The jobs don't really want a person who are smell and have a bad presentation towards the customers.
1) One example of a great leader is George Washington because he won many battles and found a way to gather men to fight during difficult times. He inspires people because he was a powerful president and many people felt secure to have him as their president. A leader that has inspired me was the speaker E.T. when he said that you can succeed if you try as hard as you want to breath. This inspired me to do my best in school, so I can have a big and successful career. My parents also inspire me to do my best because I know that I can be anything I want to be.
ReplyDeleteKnowing that being successful is not easy, but the efforts will be worth it is enough to inspire me to be better. Knowing that others can’t have this opportunity convinces me to be successful and take this opportunity. Many people after getting an education don’t do anything with their lives even though they have the opportunity to. Many leaders’ past experiences have been tough and hard on them but even after that they found their future and became successful.
2) To encourage others to get the most out of their lives leaders can make them understand that they can be whatever they want but it will not be easy. They can show them how harsh life is and make them go through it. People only understand when they feel and understand how things are. They can show examples of people who had a low chance of becoming successful, but became successful anyway. There are many people that were judged or mistreated and going through that pain made them successful and strong.
3) If I was elected president my first order of business would be to get our country more advanced because we are falling behind between other countries. We would need to stop and observe where we have gone wrong and fix it. In order to gain more power we have to take care of our past problems to move ahead. Basically to find a way to remove our debt and other problems.
4.) I do not think that the best candidates run for office because as everyone knows this year’s candidates weren’t so good, which proves that the best aren’t running for president, Both of the candidates did not please much of the U.S. and had many flaws as a candidate running for president. The best candidates are probably not running for president because they may be afraid of change another responsibility.
5.)In my opinion, the effect that poverty has on a person's potential to succeed is both positive and negative. The poor person may try their hardest and actually succeed vs, a poor person who is depressed and cannot move ahead and lose sight of hope. It all depends whether the person has strength and hope. Many people may have given up because of society and having no hope.
