I hope this finds you all in good sprits and health. This week we are going to work on building "Our Perfect House." We will be working with Google Slides and realtor.com. ALL of the houses we will be using will come from realtor.com.
As we focus on the work, I want you to continue to think about the person you are evolving into, the life you want to create for yourself in the future, and the type of leader you are becoming. Continue to focus on creating a life you will be proud of now and in the future.
Please continue to make up missing assignments. We are getting close, but the game isn't over yet.

They are also similar because they're talking about how it's so easy to give up. They differ because one is talking about tapping out and the other is talking about changing the problems you go through to no big deal.
3)The quote is trying to say that if you change the way you go through pain by fighting back it will be easier to deal with. The video is trying to say that if you fight your way through pain you will finally have success after fighting back the pain. The video is also trying to say that if you give up you will find no victory.

Changing yourself is important because you have to focus on your future rather than your past. The video means that overcoming problems and fighting back when you will get you to success and make you stronger.

For example When I have something hard to do I will try to avoid it or find anything easier to help me so I will not fail. When I am given a task I always think about not failing rather than trying my best to succeed.

This is important in a leader because without integrity many people become mean bosses that shouldn’t be leaders. There are many people with leader positions without integrity and have found themselves incapable of doing the job the right way. Integrity is also important because with this quality people are more successful and have a greater understanding of life. This quality ensures the structure of a well built group and communication between the leader and team.

Some qualities of a great leader are that of effectively keeping the cohesiveness of a group together and analyzing a situation to keep the interest of the group safe.

The retreat had been successful because of the inspiration from General Puller from his calmness. And the retreat was no small feat being overwhelmed 29:1, beating back 7 enemy communist divisions (each numbering more than 16.5K, with a marine division only 12.5K). This quality of calmness is what I believe what makes a great leader.

3) I think the video is saying that you shouldn't stop fighting and that you should keep pushing forward and if you do push forward you will have a good outcome. I think the quote is saying that if you look only into the past and present you will not look forward into the future and have a plan or goal for yourself.
4) I think i'm a failure avoider because when i do see i'm failing i will try to push at it and not fail for example there was this one time where i forgot i had a project due the next day so I stayed up all night getting my project done and I did end up getting it done and I got a good grade and did not fail.

This quote is telling us that we have to find our strengths by taking power over our minds, not on outside events.

Build and get to know yourself more. To keep trying and not give up or give in. Failure is an easy option but not acceptable. Be a good influence and leader for others to copy. 4. I consider myself both. I have my up and downs sometimes, frequently. I be wanting to give up but my body tells me not to. I tried to avoid failing but is also willing to let it get to the point where I'm almost failing.

You need to not give up because when you do you choose a wrong path for tat task that is holding you down and preventing you to move on. When you disrespect people, You get disrespect back and your group has conflicts that cause chaos.
